During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. payung99 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or passport.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the payung99 support team immediately.

- Sharing your account with any third party
- Using your account for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to hack or interfere with platform systems
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the payung99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of unlawful activity.
Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, online banking via FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Minimum deposit limits are subject to change and will be displayed on your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents. payung99 reserves the right to withhold payments while verification is in progress. Any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity may be cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by payung99 are subject to separate wagering requirements. Users must fulfil the stipulated rollover conditions before any bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Full details of bonus terms will be stated at the time the offer is made.
4. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

5. Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Payung99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are suspended for legitimate reasons may not be eligible to claim any remaining balance.
Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending transactions will be processed and any eligible balance will be returned once the relevant identity verification has been completed.
Payung99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you have deposited within the thirty days preceding the claim. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and payung99 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions.
6. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Amendments to Terms

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal procedures under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
